ACM Law Day, Cumberland Campus
The Criminal Justice program will once again be sponsoring Law Day. On Friday, April 26th, 2024, we invite you to join us and participate in the exhibits, educational discussions, and special demonstrations by local law enforcement agencies and prisons.
Displays in the College Center - Police, Prisons, Fire Marshall, etc.
Demonstrations (Lower Parking Lot near Gym)
Landing of Maryland State Police Trooper 5 Helicopter (weather/availability permitting)
Cumberland Police Department - Drug Dog Demonstration
WCI Demonstrations - Inmate Riot Scenarios
FCI Demonstrations - Bus Extraction
As in past years, there will be increased police presence on campus for Law Day, and will be loud noises, and smoke from demonstrations.
