Summer 2024 Open House & Student Housing Preview Day

o    9:00 am - 9:45 am - Students & Families Arrive & Sign-In @ the Thomas Welcome Center

 

o    9:45 am – 10:00 am – Welcome from ACM President, Dr. Cynthia Bambara & Overview of the Day – Zimmer Theatre

 

o    10:00 am - 11:30 am – Guided Campus Tours - Depart from Zimmer Theatre

o    This is the only tour time offered for this event

• Tours will primarily focus on program areas and will include stops at main academic buildings
• The van to the School of Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts will depart from the flagpoles promptly at 10:10 am, returning to campus at 11:30 am.
• Those interested in learning more about the programs located at Western Maryland Works, can visit Western Maryland Works during this time. Directions will be provided and guests are welcome to drive themselves.

 

• 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Explore Academic Program Areas – Various Buildings

 

 

o    11:30 am - 1:00 pm – Grab & Go Lunch - College Center Lounge

THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY WILL BE OPEN FOR GUESTS TO:

 

·         Visit Student Service Offices and the Campus Store

 

·         Register for Fall 2024 Classes

 

·         Tour ACM’s Student Housing Complex, Willowbrook Woods, for Student Housing Preview Day from 1pm-3pm.

 

·         NOTE: Registration for Student Housing Preview Day is separate from the registration for Summer Open House.
