Resetting Your Password
You can use the Reset Password screen to regain access to your connectDaily Account.
- Using this screen will send you a link that you can use to login to your account.
- After you login, you should immediately change your password.
- You can't reset your password if you're using LDAP or AD authentication. If you're using LDAP or AD authentication, contact your network administrator to help you reset your password.
- If there are multiple accounts with the same Email address, you will receive an Email for each account. Make sure you select the right one.
- If you don't receive the password reset message, check your spam filter.
